Workplace Shows

Our workplace shows are designed to communicate information and to motivate behavioural change.

The specific aims of these shows are to use humour and participation:

• to engage non-managerial staff
• to overcome prejudices
• to breakdown resistance to change
• to create a social motivation for change

Our presentations are based on research concerning behavioural change in the workplace. There are a number of ways in which we instigate this change through our shows:

• For the time that we are with your organisation, we change the familiar work environment into a surprising theatre / cabaret setting. In this unfamiliar environment, employees are willing to change their familiar behaviour.
• We use participation and inclusion to make staff members feel comfortable and confident in front of their colleagues.
• We build a group bond through a shared experience.
• We identify “social leaders” in the group. They are appointed light-hearted tasks as “change monitors” to take responsibility for leading by example.
• We set simple, easy to achieve goals for the future.
• Prizes and positive re-inforcement are used to encourage behavioural change.
• Follow up sessions can be used to re-instate the behavioural change.

Technical requirements: Access to electrical supply - safe access to performing area – seating for audience.
